Career Coaching/How does it work?


• To start our career or life coaching experience, you will receive a free introductory 15-minute telephone consultation.
• We will review your background, determine your needs and decide how best to work with each other.
• We will set up a preliminary schedule and plan.
• Coaching sessions usually last an hour, however 90 minute and 2 hour sessions are available.
• No specific number of sessions or commitments to a certain schedule.
• You choose how long we work together.
